Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to any and all promotions, discounts, vouchers, and offers presented by Sputnik Aviation in offering its services, unless explicitly stated otherwise — in which case a superseding write-up must and will be released. Clients, upon availing our services, fall under these Terms and Conditions and are presumed to have understood and accepted them with no exceptions or modifications.
These terms and conditions apply to any and all promotions, discounts, vouchers, and offers presented by Sputnik Aviation in offering its services, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In which case, a superseding write-up must and will be released.
Clients, upon availing the Services of Sputnik Aviation, fall under the Terms and Conditions as stated herein and are presumed to be understood and accepted with no exceptions and/or modifications.
Sessions are non-refundable.
Rebooking must be done at least five (5) days before the scheduled session. The first rebooking is free of charge and is subject to availability. If between five (5) days and Twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session or for a succeeding rebooking, a charge of 60% of the total amount paid will apply. Rebooking less than 24-hours is not allowed. Rebooking is not permitted for any promo sessions.
In the case of a missed session or sessions that cannot push through, by no fault of Sputnik Aviation, and with notification from the client, 80% of the total payment value will be held as credit for the client and will remain valid for 3 months from the date of the original session.
If the event of a “no-show” or late arrival occurs, the scheduled session will start running at the scheduled start time and will end at the scheduled end time, regardless of simulator occupancy.
Any promotional rates ("promo rate") set forth by Sputnik Aviation are only valid for the duration of the promotion period and must be redeemed within the specified redemption period unless stated otherwise. For any open-dated bookings, the promo rate must be redeemed during the weekend, subject to availability. Bookings or rebookings made outside the promotion and/or redemption period shall be charged at the regular hourly rate, regardless of the initial booking date. Open-dated bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the person whose name is registered at the time of booking.
The promo rate applies only to one (1) hour of simulator usage at a time. For any succeeding time, the regular rate shall apply.
Any unclaimed sessions past a promotional date will be considered a regular booking and will be charged as such. In this case, the client must settle the balance of the difference between the promotional price and the regular price before the session could be rescheduled.
Bookings are non-transferable once confirmed and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers, unless stated otherwise.
Sputnik Aviation reserves the right to suspend, amend, modify, and/or terminate the promotions at any given time without prior notice.
Sputnik Aviation reserves the right to exclude clients, bookings, and schedules from the promotions in the case that there is abuse, misuse, or circumvention of the terms and conditions stated herein.
Any rewards, benefits, and such presented during the promotions cannot be translated into cash, credit, or any product or service.
Clients may be subject to terms and conditions issued by a third-party provider, which shall be provided to the client in a separate manner as applicable.
