Sputnik Aviation has entered into a new partnership with City Garden Grand Hotel, a 4-star property located in Makati, bringing together aviation experiences and hospitality in a way that feels both practical and exciting.
The collaboration was formalized through a virtual signing, with plans for an on-site engagement to follow. While simple on paper, the idea behind it is straightforward — to create a more seamless experience for both guests and future aviation professionals.

For hotel guests, this partnership introduces something a little different. Through a special arrangement, guests of City Garden Grand Hotel can now access the Pilot for a Day: Airline Experience at Sputnik Aviation, complete with special rates. It adds a new layer to the usual city stay; something beyond dining, rooms, or amenities. For some, it might be a spontaneous activity. For others, it could be something they’ve always wanted to try.
On the other side, the partnership also supports APOP cadets who undergo a two-month program with Sputnik Aviation. With many coming from outside Metro Manila, having a place to stay that is safe, clean, and reliable makes a difference. City Garden Grand Hotel provides that space, giving cadets a place where they can settle in and focus on their training while staying close to the facility.
It’s a setup that works both ways. Guests gain access to an aviation experience that feels real from the moment they step into the cockpit, while cadets are given a stable environment during an important stage of their journey.
As more industries begin to overlap in unexpected ways, partnerships like this show how different spaces — hospitality and aviation — can come together to create something more complete. Not just an activity, not just a place to stay, but a connected experience from arrival to takeoff.
