Sputnik Aviation Puts the Philippines on the Map at FSExpo2025
Sputnik Aviation and Airworks Aviation Academy teamed up for the Airworks Roadshow — and it turned out better than anyone expected. The place was buzzing from start to finish; curious faces came through the door, and by the time they left, you could tell something had shifted. They walked out a little more certain about where they wanted to go next.
Vince Ong, President of Airworks Aviation Academy, kicked things off with an open talk about the world of aviation, sharing what it’s really like to chase a career in the skies. Giann Ruiz followed with a tour and a few words about how the right guidance and experience can change everything for someone just starting out. It felt less like a formal event and more like a day of discovery; people were asking questions, laughing, and genuinely connecting.
The highlight for most was taking the controls in the Airbus A320 Simulator. You could see the excitement, a mix of nerves and awe, as each one got a feel for flying. Moments like that remind everyone why we do what we do.
It wasn’t just another event; it was a reminder that collaboration can open doors and spark new beginnings. Together, Airworks Aviation Academy and Sputnik Aviation are finding ways to make the dream of flying feel closer, more reachable, and real.
